On Immigration / Arizona Supreme Court Case: Let’s keep this simple. States cracking down on immigrants? No police state tactics necessary. All states should require proof of legal U.S. status to grant driver’s licenses. If the police stop a vehicle without a valid DL, then ask for citizenship papers. This would take 4 years to roll out as licenses expire and are replaced, but simple & effective.
