Samtorum is batting 1,000. First his remark about women in the military not being qualified as well as men. Now he is stating that men in the military are not trained enough to keep their attention on the battle if women are close by. Wow keep it up Samtorum and soon we can say by by to you. When is he going to get off the blasting his campaign opponents? It seems that the others have cooled down the negative comments, but he can't seem to stop wagging his vendictive tongue. Nice for him to show his true self!!

I'm tired of hearing from the right that their "values" and beliefs are the only American ones. My values differ from theirs but my values are Amercan values because I am an American. It is as simple as that. I believe in the constitution and I have read it. I have even taken the oath "to support and defend the constitution". I have been married only once and have raised two children. I attend church and read the Bible. I volunteer in my local schools and in my community, but to hear them talk, because I disagree with them on politcal issues, I do not have American values.

We'll see how old Rick has made his riches and how much HE gives to charity. Prediction: LOBBYIST. Don't drop this request.

Rick is a big government hack. His record is one of pandering to unions, earmarks and spend spend spend. He has no executive experience. What exactly has he done to reign in spending over the last 20 years in DC?

Please here the message that we laretgy need a viable public transportation system. My wife and I are hoping the Rally Bus (Houston) comes through, but are not confident with the need for 25 more reservations in order for it to avoid cancelation. Greyhound and Amtrak, if leaving early o'clock on Friday would get to DC on Saturday evening and Sunday morning respectively. This would miss the event and would only allow enough time to board again and return on Monday night. Two days for one way travel from Houston to DC? That's great if time were of no issue, but most of us have job commitments. Air travel makes little environmental sense and therefore is not reasonable for us. Just for comparison, Madrid to Berlin (40 miles further than Houston to DC) takes half the time and you cross a couple of international borders. I am open to carpooling ideas for this event, but there will be many people who simply can't make it due to the transportation obstacle. Local rallies are great and helpful, but if we want to unite as one mass in one place, then we need a reasonable way to get there.
