Be in the know: Today's political bullet points

Every day we ask influential politicos to send us their top three bullet points that are driving the day's conversation inside and outside Washington.

RedState.Com Editor Erick-Woods Erickson:

– Note to Congressman Weiner - you might want to stop talking to the press. CNN's own Dana Bash asks a good question: why exactly is Congressman Weiner following a 21 year old college coed from Seattle on twitter? In fact, he seems to follow an inordinate number of college coeds from around the country in his list of 200 followers.

– Iowans are begging Chris Christie to run for President. I don't see it happening. Rick Perry, however, is starting to change his tune. Even Sarah Palin is raising the Perry possibility.

– There's lots of buzz this morning about the possibility of Senator Jim DeMint (R-SC) getting into the Presidential race. Folks, I'm about a thousand percent sure Jim DeMint is not getting into the race. The comments leading to the buzz were just DeMint being nice to people.
