    John King, 7 to 8 pm, Wednesday May 18, 2011, discussion on Dominique Strauss-Kahn's arrest: Jeffrey's Toobin remark is erroneous and ironic when he says that, compared to the American law, the French law on the subject is "Napoleonic"... Stupid remark! The French law on the Presumption of Innocence has been established in June 15, 2000, following the principle asserted by the article 9 of the Declaration of the rights of Man of August 26, 1789.
