-John Boehner wants to break up spending bills. It sounds wonky and no big deal, but it will change how Washington spends money for the better.
-Eric Cantor wants to keep the slacker mandate allowing 26 year olds to stay on their parents' insurance and the pre-existing conditions mandate. Both poll well, but both drive up the costs of health care without also keeping an individual mandate. But the GOP says that is unconstitutional.
