    What happened to the presumption of innocence? What about Probable Cause? No, the government does not need a "blank check". When, if ever, has the government had the "power" to do something that the "power" was not abused? Big Brother is getting bigger by the day. Remember when 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea and Buck Rogers was fiction, now these technologies are reality. How long before "The Minority Report" or "Total Recall" technologies are reality and get abused?

    I'm surprised the government hasn't tried to regulate paper and pens because terrorists use them. The only people laws like this hurt is the honest person because they are the ones that got their rights stepped on
