Be in the know: Today's political bullet points

Editor's note: Occasionally we will ask influential politicos to send us their top three bullet points that are driving the day's conversation in and outside Washington.

RedState.Com Editor Erick-Woods Erickson:

– New polling in Nevada shows a consistent trend: Harry Reid cannot get to 50%. His calls for a public option are not going to help that.

– The Chevy Volt is getting attacked from the left and right. Will it become Barack Obama's Lemon?

– Rep. Michael McMahon (D-NY) has hit on an interesting scare tactic. He's making sure his constituents know his Republican opponent, Mike Grimm, is getting lots of money from out of district. The problem is, he is passing out a file labeled "Grimm Jewish Money" highlighting just Jews who have given money. Blogger/Founder Jane Hamsher:

– Rep. Anthony Weiner Spitting Mad at the GOP for Blocking 9/11 Responders Health Care Bill view clip here and another here.

– Feinstein, Senate pass Munchies Protection Act of 2010; Pot Brownies now the crack of the edible drugs world.

– Abortion Rights groups Shocked! to discover abortion opponents organized against abortions.
