I think President Clinton may be right. I just watched your interview with Sen. Warner. Any cooperation on anything from congress would be a good thing. I won't hold my breath waiting for it to happpen. The thing that struck me the most was this push to get students from other countries to stay here and start up businesses because there are not enough capable students coming out of school here in this country. Does anyone else fine this appalling??? This problem is a direct consequence of our failing education system that didn't just start four years ago or eventen years ago. The decline started in the 70s.
