John King speaks with Pam Bondi, Florida Attorney General about the Trayvon Martin case and how the investigation is going.
NEW YORK CITY's OWN TRAYVON MARTIN CASE NYPD cover up of murder
Sunny Sheu, was a mortgage fraud victim who discovered that a NY Supreme Court Judge was complicit in the theft of his house. Sunny was kidnapped by the NYPD and threatened with death if he went to the press.
He went to WABC news in New York and to the FBI requesting witness protection. He also made a Youtube video predicting his death
On July 26th, 2010, Sunny was found bludgeoned to death in an alley on July 26th 2010
Hours after his death, the NYPD illegally removed Sunny's body from the hospital, and sent it to the Medical Examiner for immediate cremation, with a note saying he died of an aneurism "with no criminality".
The M.E. disagreed, ruling that the cause of death "blunt force trauma to the head with skull fractures and brain injuries" and calling for an investigation.
Sunny's body was authorized for cremated by a fraudulent executor with no relation to Mr Sheu, his family or friends.
Two years since his death, there has been no investigation.
The entire case is documented at http://www.sunnysheu.blogspot.com.
Justice is what we are all seeking in this case. What isn't clear and the same for everybody is what defines that justice. So many have jumped to conclusions and demand a sentence without a comprehensive, exhaustive discovery of the facts surrounding the case. This kind of sentiment undermines the judicial process and, in fact, in one way, defines prejudice.
One of the hallmarks of Martin Luther King's philosophy was that of Loving Your Enemies. King said that a man must discover the element of good in his enemy, and everytime you begin to hate that person and think of hating that person, realize that there is some good there and look at those good points which will over-balance the bad points.
It is agreed that if it is found that an instance of murder has taken place, a appropriate measure of justice should be applied. At the same time, and without prejudice, it should also be agreed that if, by means of that same jurisprudence, a reasonable defense is found then we must ask ourselves, where then will the justice be.
I have heard so much about "If George Zimmerman were black, he would have been arrested and held until trial",which may be true, but at the same time it also begs the question "If Trayvon Martin had been white, would there have been this same outcry?"
I am upset and it is a real tragedy what happened that night, but for Trayvon and George's sake I refuse to form an opinion until I have all the facts. Then, and only then, will I let my heart rest on the truth.
What concerns me is did Zimmerman get a phone call from a resident to alert him to Trayvon . Let us check Zimmermans phone records and see what calls where made during the time Trayvon walked to the store. Did that put zimmerman on the hunt? Law enforcement has stepped very low to defend this killer.
Zimmerman and his family and his neighbor is lying, simple as that. His father must have friends in high places because his son should be in jail. He shot a 17 year old kid, not doing anything but walking down the street. He went after him and shot him pure and simple. It doesn't matter whether the kid was black, white or whatever, he was still a kid and Zimmerman out weighed this kid, had a gun, no one is going to be that stupid to attack a person twice his size and weight with a gun. Common sense here folks, stop be politically correct, we should have grown out of that by now. He knew the Law and he knew he was in the wrong. He used a Gun wrongfully and tried to twist it around to give him the license to KILL. Our Legal system is so corrupted and we do not have a justice to protect us. So a gun is a good thing to have for Protection but Protection don't go out and look for someone to be protected from. That is if you or your home, family is being invaded then use it but you don't go looking for it. Zimmerman is a cold blooded killer and his family is his protectors to allow him to do wrong.
