John King, Please discuss the fact that Part D of Medicare, put into law during the Bush Administration, is a government mandate that requires people to purchase an insurance product that covers prescription drugs, and if they don't, they have to pay a fine. Please explain how the individual mandate to purchase health insurance in the Affordable Care Act is any different from the Part D mandate.
