Please spare us from having to hear/see Joe Lieberman. He is so irrelevant!

C'mon John. Ask one of the REAL question. Why is Social Security potentially inslovent? I think I remember the Congress of the US "borrowing" from the Social Security Trust Fund, moving those funds into the General Fund. I've never heard about Congress "re-paying" the funds borrowed. Am I wrong, or are the talking heads unwilling to ask the question? Sorry for the tone but I'm 53 and we're not that dumb, I hope. Thanks, Rob

Is it just me or did anyone else see the irony of the interview with Michele Bachmann, she seems to be standing in front of a pine forrest that exibits signs of inpending death, notice the amount of dead foilage turning brown, due most likly to air pollution, and acid rain, resulting from over use of oil based products, and Global Warming. Ms. Bachmann being a tea party candidate who believes that Global Warming and Pollution is a myth thought up by leftest Scientist to fill their pockets with Federal money, lets just deregulate everything that will save money, and with SSI, and Medicare gone the Tea Party can send $100.00 to every family that loses a loved one to any of the various ailments caused by pollution and the over heating of our planet, and then our children can, with less people on the planet, choose any of the islands of land left when the sea rises to flood half of the usable land on the Planet. Oh and the south west isn't really burning up especially Texas, thats just a rumour started by the Obama government so they can spend more money on FEMA. Do they need FEMA?
