do you remember when people were saying that people bought houses they couldn't pay for? when the home buyer broke the contract the bank took the house because it was in the contract to do so. now today do you remember when the govenor and representitives of wisconsin signed a contract with the teachers union? i am sure the contract didn't say that the state could change the contract at anytime they wanted to without the aproval of the contract signers. its like changing you morgage contract without you being able to stop them! wisconsin 's govenor and its state representitives are dishonorable people who can't be trusted to keep their word on contracts. if you are a person or a company or an outside contractor with a signed contract agreement with the state of wisconsin be aware if they think you are paided to much or they don't have the money to pay you after the contract is signed they will just change the contract to meet their needs. you might not want to do business their anyways in the future because i am sure the union is going to sue the state for breech of contract and winn more money than the state think they are going to save with this move and be even more broke! the state does not have a legg to stand on with this out right assult on a signed contract agreement when it goes to court. if they can't pay the contract that was agreed to than just like people do borrow the money and if they can.t than file in bankrupcy court just like people and businesses do. thats what happens when you don't run things well and can't pay your bills. YOU LOOSE wisconsin or are you better than everyone else because you are the goverment. you could have asked the union to re open the contract to try to find a solution. you could lay off workers just like business does. it would seem that the same people that caused this mess are bating a 400 because they are about to make another big mess. you don't need teacher to help you as much as the help you could get yourselves by throwing the people out of office that made this mess before asking teachers to clean up the mess these guys made.
