In a world where technology, science and math are required for our young people to get ahead, would anyone want to vote for a candidate or party who wants to cut the Department of Education? You may not like Obama, but I have a feeling all this negativity toward him will change once Social Security, Unemployment, Medicaid etc. are on the chopping block. On a talk show tonight, I listened to folks representing the "Tea Party" and the answers they gave to a simple question " what social program would you cut" was sad. One person stated they did not know Medicaid and Social Security were socialistic programs! I listen to both sides of the political spectrum, but listening to pure dumbness was more than I could stand.
