   Government employees are way over staffed (federal-state-local). Government agencies could cut 90% of their staff and still do everything the law requires. Insurance rates will ultimately decide if they have too few fire or police personnel. Hundreds of thousand of jobs could be cut and the government could still collect taxes and maintain infrastructure. It is obvious to the untrained eye that there are five times more cops than they need. Street workers (10 stand and watch one) .. sanitation (privatize it), fiscal management (hire it out)(use computers), corrections (let the non-violent have ankle bracelets/reduce prison populations by 80%) ; the DMV – automate it,; government can cut WAY BACK but they do not want to
